No Whey! Cheesy Microbiology

No Whey! is a science exhibit project about the microbiology of cheesemaking. I researched the art of cheesemaking and the science behind it extensively to make sure my text was accurate.

This is a digital recipe book I'm working on to accompany the project as a take-home application for families to experience cheesemaking at home with their kids. It was a much larger project than I anticipated it being, so I'm still planning to put a bit more work into it.
