Design Background
Traditional box structures have limitations in terms of capacity. They can be replaced with tubular structures to reduce the overall system volume. By utilizing 3D printing technology to manufacture the enclosure, it opens up possibilities for various designs, breaking through from the manufacturing perspective and bringing diversity to the culture of audio systems.
Form Design

In terms of design, it is necessary to calculate the volume of the box, internal support strength, airflow direction, individual compartment size, and acoustic resonance principle, referring to the concept of "automotive engines".
Product Structure
Material Application

Using ABS pellets extrusion, considering that performance venues are typically outdoors, and enhancing the strength of the enclosure with polyurethane coating. This allows the ABS shell to be waterproof, fireproof, and scratch-resistant. Additionally, polyurethane coating not only improves surface strength but also contributes to enhancing structural strength.
The sound system can cover an area of approximately 20 square meters, accommodating 50-70 people. It maintains energy and sound quality while reducing the manpower costs and time required for setting up the sound system during performances.
