As part of the Irradia Sonora Collective, a non-profit organization formed by local artists and professionals within the creative and cultural sector of Barcelona, we invited people to join us for our first Large Scale Listening Session of 2024 at NOU Studios, titled "Emergence". On Saturday 16th of March, we invited assistants to embrace the return of the gentle sunlight of spring with us, making a seamless transition from cozy, cold and quiet seasons, to the promise of fresh, colorful new beginnings.
As the spring solstice graces us with its upcoming presence, we intended to provide a space for contemplation, movement, and deep listening. In an experience that assures a breath of fresh air, we connected with the messages and sounds that the change of seasons, and skins, holds.
