WUT SiMR Racing Technology Trailer
In my journey of self-taught Cinema 4D mastery, I embarked on a captivating project: bringing to life the WSRT 250PM3-22 motorcycle in stunning 3D detail. Inspired by my experience at an automotive exhibition where I encountered this remarkable machine,
I aimed to recreate its essence with precision and creativity.
The PreMoto3 class motorcycle designed and built by the WUT SiMR Racing Technology team, comprised of students from the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery of the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as the Faculty of Design of the Academy of Fine Arts. Originally intended for international academic competition MotoStudent, it was later adapted to the regulations of professional racing series.
A lightweight racing motorcycle characterized by original geometry, self-developed chassis, fairings, and engine equipment, equipped with own full data acquisition system. The heart of the vehicle is a KTM engine with a capacity of 250 cm3. Its own aerodynamic package, which ensures a low coefficient of air resistance, and a low vehicle mass resulting from the use of lightweight construction materials, enables speeds up to 180 km/h. Key features include a twin-spar frame made of aluminum alloys offering a wide range of vehicle geometry adjustments, a RamAir system supplying air to the engine, and a lightweight, self-supporting composite subframe.
