Even if I did read about this extraordinary phenix-like city, it is nothing truth in confrontation with the reality. Those images are images that you can see when trying in a very particular way. They are almost those that
we expect from Beirut, but they merely simulate the ambiguous and complex matter of fact. To learn the place they shall be understood, not watched, felt not scrutinized. They are storytellers of a plot that can go on pretty different from where is expected to lead, whole thing depends on you. Their plot is about fragile coherence, dormant riot, thin tinsel of welfare and supressed apprehension of drowsy time bomb.
