To establish a cultural and entertainment center through a heritage building and to be a narrative center with internal and external attraction in terms of highlighting that heritage in the form of exhibitions and workshops so that it becomes a familiar experience for the visitors to link between the past and present in a contemporary way using technology that is applicable with the new generations.
