One of the standout projects of 2023 was the branding for a new restaurant in the center of Lisbon. This involved developing the concept, designing the logo, font, menu, signage, postcards, stickers, merchandise, wall illustrations, painting them, holiday posters, staff uniforms, and introducing something new every month. The project was executed in collaboration with interior designers.
Pomme, a part of the Neptune commune hospitality group, fills a void in Lisbon's culinary landscape by offering a diverse selection of ciders sourced from around the world, complemented by natural wines, kombucha, and homemade cocktails. With a menu designed for communal dining, guests are encouraged to share and savor a variety of appetizers meticulously crafted by the chef and team. Signature dishes like Straccitella, Carpaccio de Polvo, and White Asparagus highlight Pomme's commitment to culinary excellence, while special offerings like Chicken Kyiv pay homage to the owners' Ukrainian heritage. Pomme invites patrons to indulge in everyday pleasures, whether it's a productive work lunch or a leisurely evening meal, fostering an atmosphere of relaxation and culinary exploration.
