In 2011 I was in charge to carry out the new graphic concept for PANORAMA Daily. It was about a redesign that complemented an editorial reengineering created by the newsroom. The project took a little more than 10 months of work, research, study, design and training for the newsroom staff. The redesign was focused on providing a different visual navigation of pages, opening spaces for photographs, infographics, illustrations, and other functional details.
The new typographic proposal, color and information architecture worked together to create an effective, innovative and modern graphic system, able to adapt for the needs of a vibrant newspaper with 100 years of journalism history.
This is a sample of the project with some examples created by the art staff.
