Alice in Wonderland
Project: A film about social issues using fairy tales

In this module, Creative Storytelling, we learnt to write a short film story based on a chosen fairy tale and create the film. I chose to do Alice in the Wonderland and write about child abuse. I used cut out drawings onto cupboards for my characters and small items, and drawings on cardboards to create the scenes.ย
Even though I put in a lot of effort in the assignment, I was disappointed in my low grade. Nevertheless, I was glad I went out of my comfort zone in drawing the scenes and was satisfied on what I have learnt throughout the module. Creative Storytelling fits into my strong imagination and story writing skills and I had a lot of fun during the lessons.ย
