In this project, I designed a receipt template for the online purchase of a fixed-term bank deposit on the Konnect by HBL mobile wallet app. The app targets low and middle income users with limited access to financial services. 

Prior to this, the customers who purchased a term deposit on the app received a generic confirmation email. Customers were unsure whether their money was safely invested. By providing them a proper receipt, we helped increase customer trust in our banking app.
