In 2018, I decided to do my thesis work, as a redefinition of the observatory of the city of Szeged
I feel that the current state of affairs is a bit of a waste of potential on the part of the city.
The university students, who make up the very enthusiastic research and operating brigade
of the building, are really trying to make the best of the situation, even in the face of the lacking
and outdated conditions in many areas.
But this is an area of research with enormous future potential. The purpose of the building itself is wonderful, because it is about exploring our universe. No other building can claim to think on such a large scale as this one. The observers of this wonderful world should not only be students or amateur astronomers already interested in the subject.
