The Challenge

During the time I was the Lead Designer at Mobipium Group, I was given the mission of creating a new workflow process and helping the existing brand grow aesthetically.
My responsibilities included management to mentorship, ensuring quality and expediency. 

The scope of my work spanned diverse media, from designing social media banners, presentation design for conferences, marketing materials, web design to newsletter creation and development.

Mobipium stands as a global mobile advertising company with a specialty in Content/VAS promotion. Since its inception in 2013, Mobipium has been at the forefront of mobile marketing, performance advertising, and traffic monetization, offering services that include MVAS, CPA, affiliate marketing, advertiser partnerships, CPI, and mobile advertising.

As the company pivoted its strategy in response to the pandemic, it became necessary to enhance the brand's aesthetics to ensure standout differentiation in the digital landscape.

The Solution

To address the challenges at Mobipium, me and the team implemented a strategy that elevated the current brand's visual identity. A new workflow process was established to speed project delivery and the creation of a visual system that matched the company’s needs at the time.

The new design approach was meant to reflect the company’s growth and also to generate more engagement. The result was a substantial increase in Mobipium’s social media presence, boosting it to one of the most followed Portuguese companies on the sector on LinkedIn.
