I ain't still able to figure out what I love more Photoshop or my pencils. Hopefully, it won't be an either or. Please appreciate and share if you like a piece. I will be most thankful to you.
Animal drawings: Week that was: April 17
Title: Removal
Medium: Crayons and fountain pen over toned paper
Notes: Done on March 14, 2024.
I ain’t sure why the tree was fell. But it went down. As the practice dictates, it was then chopped into pieces to make fit the wagon. I kept on imagining a dragon being lost to an act of civilisation.

The challenging part was to draw the lumberman. He was moving and chopping the tree continuously, so I had to make a choice: the lumberman or the tree.

It would have been beautiful, if the owner of the yard house who order the tree’s removal had kept a piece of it or the bamboo that fell along as a memoir of the time it inhibited their yard. I been in this neighbourhood for 10 years, the tree surely was older.
