ONE TO ONE team has developed an elite complex of modern villas in the suburbs of Baku – the Sea Breeze. The complex cannot be missed, as the exterior facade features a modern minimalist style, and the villas themselves are surrounded by elegant landscaping.

The villas are designed to meet the diverse needs of residents, offering various floor areas: 600, 800, and 1000 m2. Each villa's plot ranges from 25 to 40 acres on the frontline of the sea.
