We investigated the current brand communication of Spotlight (Australasia wide fabric, craft, and homeware stores) through brand research, target audience investigation, and consumer research. We developed, through service and experience design principles of transformation, experience, and two-way dialogue, three recommendations from resulting matrixes and research.
