If I were a bird

by Stefan F. Wirth

When the camera flies, the photographer's perspective changes in previously unknown ways. Objects can now be viewed freely in space in all dimensions. Forests, fields and paths become smaller and smaller until they finally form a pattern that seems almost abstract. It is the pattern that we still find today, but which could become more yellow and barren in the future.

The diffuse sunlight gives a dynamic dramaturgy to the landscapes that are so important for our biodiversity and our survival.
Barely audible from the air, it is a dramatic symphony in the far distance, the diverse music of our lives that never falls silent even at dusk.

Flying with peace and lonely fascination over forests and lakes as a sequence of biotopes gradually opening up into one another in a perfect flow.
