For attending 2023 INTA (International Trademark Association) Annual Meeting, Tencent Global needs a film to showcase how various renowned brands utilize the functions of WeChat to promote their own brand. Also Tencent Global hopes this video can be more eye catching rather than just showcasing the functions.
Our Solution
According to Tencent Global’s brief, we decide to create a video that combines live-action footage with animation. In the live-action footage, our main focus will be to showcase how modern life is intertwined with WeChat, emphasizing that WeChat is an essential communication and entertainment tool that accompanies people throughout their life. And in the animation part, we have chosen a stylish visual background to showcase the functions of WeChat, aiming to enhance the visual appeal of the video. The music selection also leans towards a trendy genre, creating an overall fusion of fashion and lifestyle. These visual choices also align with the brands highlighted in the video, like Cartier, Burberry, Starbucks and so on. This video is screened at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and Davos Forum, too.
