The Project

I was asked to create the branding for Bogies to Birdies, who are a new golf teaching service, run by James Cunnington. The brief was to create a very welcoming and friendly design which attracted people to the service. It also obviously had to have a very strong golf theme throughout and had to be aimed mainly at a younger age group, with the slogan "lets make some birdies" included.

The Outcome

I decided to create a very simple design which had a strong golf theme throughout, along with some clean typography. I decided to create a illustrated logo based around the flag and hole, because everyone associates this image with golf. The typography on the front also has a meaning behind it, with the normal type rolling into the bolder "Birdies", which emphasises the clever name "Bogies to Birdies".
