Victory Nine is a luxury apartment complex constructed in Van Nuys, CA featuring 2-story units. It is outfitted with modern finishes and fully equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances and washer and dryers in each unit. A gated, full subterranean parking garage services tenants in this building as well as an expansive rooftop deck overlooking the LA skyline. 

The offering memorandum is an item created to generate interest in the project often raising the funding or pitching the sale of the build to an investor. This development sold for 4.7 million.
