While in flight school, I developed training material for myself and other students. This was an airport pattern diagram I created in Adobe Illustrator to practice whats known as "chair flying" - that is, sitting in a chair pretending to fly by visualizing what you would do and say as if you were in an airplane. It is a heck of a lot cheaper way to practice compared to when you're paying to be in the plane. 

My intention was for this to act as a detailed flow chart as I memorized the altitudes, distances, angles, radio calls, and reference points within the pattern.
