A Personal project inspired by the realisation that when we learn something new, until we let go we can not really understand. That the understanding comes with the relaxation that we just know.
Driving a car is for me the best example, we learn to drive & until we do the driving automatically without thinking of each seperate thing we must do we are still learning. When we sit in the seat & just drive, we have reached the point where we have learned & can simply know what to do.
