INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT FOR

THE FUTURIST RESTAURANT IN ST. PETERSBURG

The FUTURIST restaurant is located in the residential complex of the same name in St. Petersburg. The main idea of the design project was born from the already invented name of the FUTURIST restaurant - to implement one of the architectural trends of the first half of the 20th century – futurism. The team of our SUITE N SEVEN bureau was inspired by the Italian architect and key representative of the futuristic trend in architecture Antonio Sant'Elia.

DESIGN CONCEPT

The final version of the Futurist restaurant is filled with a bright note of the most relevant color of 2023 - Viva Magenta combined with a noble calm shade of veneer and accents with details made of aged brass.

The curve of the edges in the ceiling design sets the rhythm and attractive play of light, especially in the evening artificial lighting. The arched shapes allow the air to fill a small space and create an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility. The accent ceiling moves to the plane of the walls and the bar area, thereby uniting and enveloping the entire space in a single, dynamic rhythm.
