The documentary shows our exciting journey to discover the philosophical world seen through the eyes of children. We encountered those young thinkers in Austria, Spain and the Netherlands to learn more about their thoughts and their relationship with their “self”: How do my thoughts look like? What does identity mean? Does it change over lifetime or does it stay the same? Who am I?

The movie will give you a unique insight into the world of thoughts of these little philosophers and shows them with their childish easiness as well as during intense thinking. It inspires you to reflect your own thoughts from an unprejudiced viewpoint. Children guide us, if we are ready, to magic places.

Motivation: For our master’s project (of the study “Media and Interaction Design”) it was Bettina’s and my urge to produce a documentary about children on our own. It was not required by our university, we just really wanted to make the movie happen. We put a lot of time, effort and passion into the project and actually  managed to realize it without further production help.
