This image is one of my Painted Portraits.  The image is my capture or stock and it is painted in Photoshop with the mixer brush.  Textures and painted backgrounds are added in various blend modes. Color overlays, and other color techniques may be added for final effects.  It was also entered into a print competition for the Professional Photographers of America (PPA).  I received a merit for this image towards my degree in Photography and Art.
