If traveling outward can make one love the world more, then delving deeply inward, towards oneself, becomes an act of loving oneself more. While a journey advancing in a specific direction, aiming for some distant place, commonly known as horizontal travel, if traveling inward to delve into oneself is termed vertical travel. It's a journey with the very spot where I reside, namely myself, as the destination.
