The PERMA coffee shop, as its name suggests, wants to convey in its operation the qualities of the PERMA model. The PERMA Model represents the five core elements of happiness and well-being. PERMA basically stands for Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishments.

Therefore, the philosophy is to create positive emotions in those who enjoy the café's products. The team wants, through a friendly atmosphere, to create positive feelings and a unique experience around coffee for customers.
