I led a proposal development project to address critical infrastructure needs, requiring a comprehensive approach that combined the strengths of multiple companies. To tackle the proposal's complexity, our team assembled a diverse team of experts, bringing together professionals from subject matter experts, legal, financial, marketing, and human resources departments. The synergy between these teams was essential to meet the stringent requirements outlined by the state department.
The key challenge lies in coordinating and integrating inputs from multiple teams and companies. Regular strategy sessions, facilitated by a dedicated project manager (myself), ensured everyone aligned with the overall vision and goals.
