Project Introduction
Title: Bored of you, Bored of them, Bored of all.
Concept: Continuing my line of work which explores physical sensations and feelings, I have in this project decided to turn my attention to the feeling of boredom.
Definition: Boredom is defined as an emotional state that is experienced when an individual is left without anything in particular to do and is not interested in his/her surroundings.
Boredom weighs a lot as do the thoughts that go along with it. Boredom is something that does not give you space to improvise and leaves you asking yourself: will you come out victorious from that apathy? How will you do it?.
Photography (two series)
In each series there are five photographs and they are set in a kitchen. My kitchen has become for me a way to escape the feelings with which I am working with and on. In each of the photographs I am dressed in a psychiatric apron.
In the second series of photographs the faces are hidden with a red dot so as to eliminate the person’s identity in order for the audience to understand that what is important is the action and not the individual.

Video
2 minutes, 32 seconds.
In the video I act out three movements to free myself from the feeling of boredom. The first movement I move my hands in order to wake them. In the second movement I try to liberate myself of the weights so that I can move and in the last movement, I attempt to undo the knot that ties me to the weights.
