Initial situation
11 y old pt. Came to our clinic with traumatic fracture in the two upper centrals with pulp exposure ( since 3 days )
After history taking, clinical examination and tests and radiographic examination were done all of them confirmed diagnosis which was irreversible pulpitis
Ttt plan : root canal treatment followed by composite restoration until patient reaches 18y to make 2 crowns
