My favorite design subject is illustration design, because I like drawing very much, and I think illustration design can well show creativity and better convey the information I want to express. And illustration is practical and has many uses, such as brand design, decorative items and so on.
My favorite illustrator is James Jean, whose designs are full of magic. In his works, we can feel the diversity. He combines the painting styles of various countries together, and creates fantastic and mysterious pictures with bright colors and unique shapes. Moreover, his illustration design is very delicate, which makes me fall in love with his works immediately.
Jobs at the end of the degree include graphic designer, architectural firm, interior designer, advertising planner and so on. What I want most is to be a graphic designer, responsible for designing some posters, print advertisements, business cards and so on.In the design degree, I want to learn a variety of knowledge and innovative skills, such as the process of design, thinking and solving problems from multiple angles, and cultivate my thinking and innovation ability. And a theoretical knowledge of design, understanding the importance of design.
