Brownstone House Basement Design

The project is a brownstone home basement floor renovation. It has a separate entrance from the main house. Clients would like to use it as a rental. Unlike the main house, they would like a modern, industrial look for this floor.
The struggle in this design is that the basement floor height is shallow. We didn't want the basement to look like a dungeon. That is why we use light colors while giving an industrial touch at the same time.
