Solande Archetype Art Dolls

Solande Art Dolls, a collection of 22 archetypes, aims to unify, unite, and connect us with a latent or ever-present gift of our own, one that aids in our healing and fosters greater unity. Crafted from organic materials, these figures feature heads, hands, and feet made of cast liquid porcelain, meticulously sculpted and fired. The bodies are supported by a metal frame, enveloped and adorned with wool. With wooden ball joints facilitating free movement, the art dolls are dressed in silk, cotton, and linen costumes.

The Fox / High Priestess
A formative figure, one of the oldest and most intelligent animals alive, is represented as the high priestess. The priestess, an initiator, a sorceress, a magical source of fertility and transformation. Her knowledge is linked through matter, a realization achieved through the body. She speaks of both our material life and the pure mind. The human spirit that is both the actor and the witness of all its actions. Heads, hands, and feet: cast liquid porcelain.

The Duck /The Wheel of Fortune
Transformative figure, weaves the end of one cycle and the beginning of another. She represented by the duck that travels by air, wind, water and land. Swims under water and sores the sky guided by the 4 cardinal directions of our world. She promises strength and surprise, chaos and the center, the anchoring point of a wheel. a transformative figure, represented by the giraffe who patiently evolved through centuries by elongating it's neck adapting to new environmental and living conditions. The hanged man signifies a meditative process, a halt in time, a reclusion, arrest from accumulation.
