Recreation First Scene "Jocker"
For this proyect we had to re-create the first scene of the movie "Jocker".
It was a challenge for the group, because we had to mount a whole American staging in Argentina.
This project excited us as a team because it allowed us to explore a different artistic world. The roles of art direction, camera direction and actors direction were crucial for the realization of this short.
The Art deparment was the most important one because we gotta try to made the scene as similar as possible, and in Argentina we don´t have the same infrastructure as in USA.
From post-production we were able to work with lighting in a better way, so that we could create a lighting more similar to that of the film.
In this project I fulfilled the roles of Camera operator and Gaffer, as second role I was production assistant where I helped to get the filming location. It was an incredible experience where i get to learn new types of filming and partners to work with.
