Lead like a girl.

"Lead like a girl."

This was the phrase chosen by Karina Gallon Basso to name a series of videos produced in partnership with PEITA. For those who are not familiar, PEITA is a protest brand that gained a lot of visibility with the phrase "Fight like a girl."

Many other messages are printed on the brand's t-shirts and products as a tool of confrontation. First and foremost (and beyond any cliché), working with PEITA is always a tremendous learning experience.

Fashion is disruptive, and how it is!

The proposal was to develop a series of videos that would be useful and accessible for women entrepreneurs. Karina sought communication that was very simple, accessible, and practical.

The content also had to make sense for women with low purchasing power; the goal was to connect with those who did not have opportunities for formal education and/or working in large companies, for example.

The videos were supposed to be understandable for indigenous women, women from communities, those who sell sweets, crochet, who are hairdressers and manicurists in more concentrated areas.

As a result, we had a series of 6 videos published in a collaboration between ACIEM GESTÃO EMPRESARIAL + PEITA. So far, we have accumulated over 7.000 views, 30 shares and many positive comments.

I am very happy to have suggested this initiative.

A very welcome series that managed to achieve the goal of both companies involved in the process - ACIEM and PEITA successfully encouraged entrepreneurship for women from diverse backgrounds.

Additionally, I structured the script of the series, the topics to be discussed, the guidelines to be conveyed, and also wrote the scripts, adapted the language, and created the subtitles that accompanied each of them.

In the end, I was very gratified to participate in all this dynamics and make it happen ( • )
