This serves as a comprehensive overview relating to my duties in Corporate Partnerships, from spec reachout to full asset implementation and activation during my time with the Louisville Bats.
This focuses more on the fulfillment services and duties, and not as much of an emphasis on my sales experience.

This is a PowerPoint presentation going in-depth on the partnership agreement from the most recent season. Great Clips is a partner I locked in for multiple seasons and work hand-in-hand on all associated activations.

All of these programs I have had the opportunity to collaborate with different businesses, organizations, and members of the community to create activations that leave a lasting impact.
Digital Ribbon Board Log for Home Games
These logs are utilized to track display time and the number of times each takeover would occur during home games. We would communicate directly with the In-Game Promotions Team to coordinate these displays.
Partner & Asset Organization in Trello
This is one of the ways the Activation Team tracks partnership agreements, listing out all agreement elements. Checklists are utilized for asset reachouts along with tracking proof of performance throughout the year.
Includes all elements such as advertising, ticketing, sponsor games, group outings, and collaborative promotions.
