RITUALS SANCTUARY
My graduation project from the department of Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design, Arab Academy For Science, Technology And Maritime Tansport (AAST) in 2023. The project tackles the climate change issue based on STEPS scenario in 2100.
Ritual 1 EMPTINESS
Getting rid of all the loads and unloading the weights of life .
This space aims to let the users feel the spiritual emptiness through writing down all their problems on a stone then throwing that heavy stone in the water . Imagining it as a portal that leads to higher states of self-discovery .
Here , the user enter the the space to find a glowing stone that he will use to write down all his dark thoughts .

This space aims to let the users feel the serenity of the universe , re-establishing a new and expanded sense of self .
Qualities of space : Direct lighting , Horizontality , wider than in ritual 1 & 2 .
