'The Country Life Picture Book of' Project consists of a series of images created and manipulated from the resource of an old picture book.

Landscapes increasingly bear the artefacts of culture and development, and the amount of nature that is free from discernible human influence has diminished.

'The Country Life Picture Book of' aims to identify the trace and intervention of man upon the environment, and to emphasise the difference between our perception of our our natural surroundings with that of an idyllic reality of the landscape.
