A few postcard designs for AIGA’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, whose kick-off reception took place in early June. I was thinking a lot about the whole nature vs. nurture thing, and since this is AIGA we're talking about, a typographic-centric expression seemed like the most appropriate solution.
Most of the designs below didn't end up getting chosen, but I like them anyway. I had a lot of fun with this project. All image credit for the old-timey flower illustrations go to The British Public Library.
