The project was very open ended, welcoming any concept. The project’s direction was conceived from the perspective and concept of food design. As life is a hope, a dream, and a desire, we eat food as a mean to survive, to remain healthy, and to enjoy the taste. I tried to represent not only their relationship through food as a medium, but also the conflict between the concepts of reality and ideality. Food is an imperatively necessary element to survive for everyone. The food from this work looks very fancy and appetizing from a distance, but when looked at closely, notice that nothing is edible.
