EKAIKA is a classroom project brought up by Design Walls, a wall paper design brand based in Hyderabad. Design Walls is a brand that emerged in 2015 with a team of two individuals united by their passion for redefining interior spaces through innovative wall coverings. Positioned at the forefront of future designs, this brand is dedicated delivering tailor-made solutions for clients in influential industries. With over 40 committed team members, the brand has successfully completed 6000+ projects in its 7+ years of operation.
For this project students were assigned to bring out seven wallpapers based on a selected theme, with respective iterations and colour variations.
I present wallpapers tailored for children's spaces such as play areas, children's rooms, playrooms, and kindergartens. My design inspirations are drawn from childrens’ illustration books.
At the heart of my creations are whimsical depictions of exaggerated flowers, playful animals, and a carefully curated palette of peaceful yet eye-catching colours. I strive to create designs that are not only friendly and welcoming but also that bring a touch of magic and joy to the spaces where children play and explore.
