This project is a cloud solution for businesses which is oriented to provide services to their customers. It connects all tools to launch new products faster, make customers happy more efficiently, launch active high response engagement campaign. The project covers solutions based on this platform, for different cases and scenarios for customers needs.
My Role in the whole project was in requirements gathering, people management, product delivery, prototyping, requirements managing, UI/UX design, documentation management, customer communication, charting and use case creation.
