In this personal project, I designed one of my Dungeons and Dragons character for the campaign I was playing at the time.
The character is Agnetha Capela. She is a half-elf monk, from the Sun Soul monastic tradition - which links to her goddess, Goldara, being from the light domain. Although she lives at the monastery with other monks, her specialty is archeology.
During the game, she got her pet pidgeon, called Valentino.
My proccess for this one started at choosing which symbol would be more approppriate (and to the liking of the dungeon master). While that was being decided, I sketched things she would need to do her work as an archeologist while thinking about the practicality of her clothes and accessories.
For the character pose, I decided on something with more ease to reflect her calm personality.
