I have designed a web-based payment solution tailored specifically for individuals aged 50 and above, including Baby Boomers and GenX, recognising their distinct requirements and obstacles. My focus was on streamlining operations, tailoring experiences, ensuring accessibility, and fostering transparent communication. Through the creation of an intuitive interface and offering comprehensive support, the platform strives to empower and enrich daily lives of elder users. This endeavour underscored the significance of inclusive design in fostering positive outcomes for older adults, presenting a gratifying journey that highlighted the transformative potential of technology in their lives.
