The concept was to create six illustrations of an attraction anywhere U.S.A. I chose to do prohibition bars found in Southern California. The cards are just slightly larger than your average playing cards. The background is done with $.99 watercolor paint, overlaid with ink. I also chose to emphasize a specific item in each piece to show that you were in the right place. The address' were hand written on the back to get you to the general area. The box cover is just an outline of a hand and face with no words, showing that this is something secretive and only people in the know will know what these cards pertain to. The box is also done with watercolor.
