Soir is a self initiated project. The idea was to design a logo and business card together with promotional material to help generate sales and position Soir in the higher end of the bedding market.
 
The logo uses the French word for evening adding a feeling of sophistication. Soir has been placed between two slashes, meaning ‘equals’, implying that Soir = Beds. The logo has been crafted with the Brandon Grotesque font and tracked out to give an air of elegance.
Instead of a brochure, I designed a book to hand to hotels and clients as a keepsake for future reference. I believe that people are likely to keep this beautiful book which shows beds in five star hotels around the world and hints at the possible benefits of choosing Soir’s quality products.
The gold business card is also a reflection of the target market. Its design is elegant and simple with an embossed logo on the front .
