ARAD is an Armenian resto-cafe that aims to serve authenticity. ARAD serves Western Armenian dishes that are nowadays mainly enjoyed through the diaspora. Its goal is to introduce Armenians and non Armenians to dishes that have been forgotten to time. "Arad" or "առատ" means abundant.
The main inspiration being the logo and color palette is Armenian tchnakir or bird writing used in manuscripts. The design aims to serve us a look into the past while still being modern.
