I'm happy to present my project for Edukowisko.pl
The "Być bliżej" cards present the classification of needs in terms of schema therapy. Cards can be used for personal use and as support in the therapeutic process for children and they parents.

Dr Jeffrey Young Jeffery - founder of Schema Therapy - conceptualised five basic needs: Secure attachments to others (includes safety, stability, nurturance, and acceptance). Autonomy, competence, and sense of identity. Freedom to express valid needs and emotions

 Each group has its own color.
