The client for this project is a Taiwanese organization that evaluates and auctions Koi fish. They aim to incorporate the distinctive patterns of the champion Koi fish into the packaging. The target audience consists of enthusiasts who appreciate the beauty of Koi fish. Specifically, they have chosen Oriental Beauty tea, unique to the East, to complement the theme. Similar to the ink wash paintings of Chinese landscapes, Koi fish are considered exquisite Eastern beauties. The packaging utilizes canvas material to print the koi fish patterns, with a red border resembling a frame around the artwork. Additionally, gold foil paper is used to outline the silhouette of the koi fish, precisely showcasing the patterns of the two champion koi fish. The subtle elegance reveals the beauty of the East.
For the carrier bag, a fish scale embossing technique is employed, incorporating a mix of hot stamping in gold and transparent foil processing. This design enhances the imagery of the koi fish reflecting light in water, presenting a subtle and alluring beauty.
