America’s Job Exchange is an online job search and recruiting solutions provider, connecting employers with job seekers. AJE provided algorithms to ensure (for example) people with disabilities, of age, etc.. were getting due consideration from possible employers who supplied jobs and had dealings within the government sector.

The company was a division of Time Warner Cable company and headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts and was soon after this design sold to and is now known as Circa. So this design didnt get much further then the planning stage. The intent was to show its national fervor and to reduce the unpleasantness of writing and saying "Americas Job Exchange". The moniker was used by employees and was felt to be a more memorable (and easier to deal with) logo.
