About the project
Laboratoria, an organization committed to empowering women in Latin America to thrive in the tech sector, boasts a diverse team of over 30 members worldwide. Recognizing the importance of standardizing core values and behavioral expectations, the organization sought to create a document for this purpose.
The Challenge
I had the opportunity to lead the creation of illustrations for this document, ensuring they aligned seamlessly with Laboratoria's current branding.
The Result
The outcome consisted of over 10 illustrations, ranging from large to small, effectively conveying the company's values while respecting Laboratoria's established graphic style.

Step 01 → Quick Sketches
After understanding the topics and overall look and feel of the document,
I created a series of drafts to explore different ways to communicate the core messages from the text

(above) Sketches of Ventanitas: Everything looked lovely, but the inicial sketch only depicted girls, overlooking the male team members of Laboratoria. So, we made sure to include them in the composition too!
Step 02 → Adding Color
Adding Laboratoria's color palette to the illustrations.
Step 03 → Layout Meets Illustations
After some small tweaks, Laboratoria's illustrations were ready to be part of the layout created for the document.
